Kunihiko Inoue - Born in Wakayama Prefecture in 1974.
After graduating from high school, he started his career as a chef under the influence of his father.
After that, he trained at various restaurants and worked as an exclusive chef for the ambassador of the Japanese Embassy in the UK for 8 years from June 2008.
In June 2016, he returned to Japan and became the Japanese Chef at Mitsubishi Kaitokaku in Shinagawa, Tokyo in November 2019. In conjunction with the opening of Shorai-so, he joined Manya Denzo Co.
